I understand that the thought of starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Many clients come in feeling defeated or exhausted just thinking about taking that first step. It’s completely normal to have these feelings, but I want you to know that you’re not alone in this journey. Together, we can create a supportive space where you can feel comfortable and ready to explore your path forward.

I incorporate a blend of therapeutic techniques, including inner child healing and reparenting, to help you integrate all aspects of yourself. My approach encourages and challenges you to meet yourself with kindness, love, curiosity, and a deep commitment to your own growth and healing. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment where you can explore your inner world and foster a compassionate relationship with yourself throughout this transformative journey.

I aim to create a nurturing environment where you can heal and expand your awareness. I connect with my clients through active listening, patience, and genuine curiosity, always with the intention to collaborate. My approach is direct yet compassionate, providing a safe space for you to explore your unconscious.

In every new therapeutic relationship, I bring a sense of patience and curiosity, tailoring my methods to fit your unique needs. My work is deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), depth psychology, and somatic awareness, allowing us to explore the full spectrum of your experiences together.

Audrey is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. She began my clinical training at Didi Hirsh — Via Avanta where she worked with women struggling with substance use disorder, mental illness, domestic violence, and poverty. After that, she continued her training at The Saturday Center in Santa Monica where we focused on providing the highest quality psychotherapy to the community at affordable fees and in a private practice setting. In both settings, her work focused on analyzing the relationship with the unconscious and conscious within each client in order to help facilitate expansion and agency in their lives.

I find joy in movement — yoga, olympic weightlifting, swimming, hiking, or a simple walk around the neighborhood. I love cats and more cats. My eldest cat loves to hike with me.
