Starting therapy is a meaningful step, often taken when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or not quite like yourself, unsure of how to move forward. I believe therapy provides a place for profound change, with healing emerging through connection.

Our work will be collaborative, exploring the internal and external influences that shape you while integrating somatic practices to deepen the process. Together, we can learn more about what’s keeping you stuck and find a way forward that feels true to you. My approach is relational and trauma-informed—I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported.

You are the expert on your experience and therapy is an explorative journey that we will take together at your own pace. As we work together, you’ll begin to reconnect with different parts of yourself, experiencing life with greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. I aim to help you trust your inner knowing, leading to you moving through your life with increased compassion and awareness.

My personal journey to becoming a therapist has deepened my empathy, curiosity, and presence. In my own healing, I reclaimed lost parts of myself and made sense of what once felt unclear. This experience shapes my approach, allowing me to connect deeply with those I support. This work is deeply meaningful to me, as there is a magic that occurs when you see someone make sense of their world and come back to themselves – it’s a privilege I hold with deep respect.
