Therapy is a costly investment in both time and money. Not only is it expensive and time consuming, it is hard, uncomfortable work. When I work with individuals, couples, and families through their most painful life moments, I am mindful of just how much is on the line for everyone. I work with the utmost consideration for what is necessary to help my patients heal and move on. My goal is to help those in need reach a place where they no longer need therapy. To achieve this, I use a blend of psychodynamic, relational, and CBT informed therapies.

In sessions, I help my patients increase their self-awareness as a tool to enact change. Through exploring why they are the way they are, how their pasts continue to impact them, and what stands in the way of change, my patients are able to uncover recurring patterns and themes that prevent them from living fulfilled lives. I help my patients foster meaningful connections with themselves and others in the pursuit of interdependence. I strive to create a trusting and safe environment, where my patients can learn to talk freely about anything and everything confidentially. My style of therapy is kind and honest with a dash of humor.
